Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Goodsxfoods platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate registration information, including a valid phone number for OTP verification. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

3. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are in Lao Kip (LAK) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Wholesale pricing applies to verified wholesale accounts meeting minimum order quantities.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for out-of-stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
• Pre-orders are subject to availability and estimated delivery dates may change.
• Quotation offers are valid for the duration stated in the quotation document.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, supplier shortages). Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the specified address.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, spoiled upon delivery, or materially different from what was ordered. Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Refunds are issued at our discretion to the original payment method.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the platform for unlawful purposes
• Submitting false or fraudulent orders
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including product descriptions, images, and branding — is the property of Goodsxfoods or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Lao law, Goodsxfoods is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Lao People's Democratic Republic. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, through the competent courts of Vientiane Capital.
